Deskrun (“we”) provides managed AI agent services. This page explains what we collect when you use deskrun.agency and how we use it.

What we collect

• Contact / Discovery requests: name, work email, company, role (optional), service interest, and the description of how you use AI that you submit.
• Technical data: approximate request metadata needed to operate the site (for example IP address and user agent on form submissions for abuse prevention).
• Analytics: aggregated traffic analytics if enabled (for example Cloudflare Web Analytics). We avoid heavy marketing pixels by default.

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry and evaluate fit for Discovery / Setup / Support.
• To send a confirmation email after you submit the form.
• To prevent spam and abuse of our forms.
• To understand how the site is used so we can improve conversion and content.

When we share data

We use infrastructure vendors to host the site and send email (for example Cloudflare and Resend). They process data only to provide those services. We do not sell personal information.

Retention

Inquiry data is retained as long as needed to manage the sales conversation, deliver services, meet legal obligations, or resolve disputes. You can ask us to delete inquiry data that is not required for an active engagement or legal purpose.

Your choices

Email hello@deskrun.agency to request access, correction, or deletion of the contact information you submitted, or if you have privacy questions.

Children

Deskrun is a B2B service and is not directed to children under 16.
